Yahoo buys time to handle Microsoft bid

In current situation Microsoft's offer is best option for Yahoo's shareholders as no other company is expected to offer higher price than Microsoft, moreover seemingly Yahoo itself can't turnaround its fortune in a hurry to create enough wealth for its shareholders.
